Our Facilities

CFS owns a 40 thousand square-foot warehouse in a secure location convenient to major transportation routes. Details follow:

  • Size: 40 thousand square foot warehouse facility.
  • Docks: nine truck level docks and one street level dock. Docks can accommodate up to 53-foot trailers.
  • Interior: 26-foot ceilings.
  • Storage racks: installed throughout approximately 35 percent of warehouse
  • Location: 1325 Wilkes St., Alexandria, VA 22314; a convenient nine miles to the DC Convention Center.
  • Easy access: Interstate 95, Exit #177B to US Route 1 North.
  • Equipment: two fork lifts, one with a 24-foot mast; multiple pallet jacks, handcarts, dollies, and carpet dollies. Additional equipment will be purchased if necessary to fulfill contract requirements.
  • Security: ADT cameras and sensors throughout the facility.
